Stitch Instructions and Definitions
This is working around the post of the stitch. If you are left handed, you will replace right with left.

Front Post Double Crochet - Wrap the yarn over your hook, insert the hook from the front and to the right of the post of the stitch, wrap the hook around the post and back up the opposite side. Wrap the yarn over and pull it around. Complete the double crochet.

Back Post Double Crochet - Wrap the yarn over your hook, insert the hook from the back and to the right of the post of the stitch, wrap the hook around the front of the post and to the back on the opposite side. Wrap the yarn over and pull it around. Complete the double crochet.
